How it Works
Eligible citizens have to register through a web portal in three easy steps.
And submit a request for further action.
Step 1 Account Creation
An account will be require for registration in NPHP Phase III.
Step 2 Registration
Sign in to your account and fill up the required details.
Step 3 Form Submission
Case will be forward to NAPHDA for further processing.
Launch of NPHP PHASE-III
NAPHDA is please to announce the launch of phase-III after the successful completion of NPHP Phase-I and Phase-II.
Following citizens of Pakistan can avail this facility.
1. All citizens of Pakistan have valid CNIC numbers.
2. The citizen of Pakistan who has age is 18 or above.
3. The citizen of Pakistan who is not involved in any act of terrorism and their names are not includ in schedule IV of ATA, 1997.
4. Only one application against one CNIC will be accept.
