Benazir Kafalat is the Unconditional Cash Transfer Program (UCT) of the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) in Pakistan. It was launched by the Government of Pakistan in 2008, and is named after the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Benazir Bhutto.
The program aims to provide financial assistance to the poorest households in Pakistan, with a focus on women. The monthly cash transfer is intended to help beneficiaries meet their basic needs of food, shelter, clothing and healthcare.

Benazir Kafalat Program is a government welfare program under which women living below the poverty line and transgenders are given a stipend of Rs 8500/9000 every three months.
Eligibility for this program is determined through a survey conducted by the Government of Pakistan. The survey is conducted across Pakistan and only one person per family is eligible for the program.

Visit the Ehsaas Kafalat Program website.
Click on “Determine Eligibility” button.
Enter your ID card number or token number at the time of survey.
Click the “Submit” button.
A page containing information about your eligibility will load.
Observations
If you do not participate in the survey, you will not be considered eligible for the Benazir Sponsorship Program.
If you participated in the survey, but your income is above the poverty line, you will also be considered ineligible for the Benain Sponsorship Program.
If you are a government employee, or your spouse is a government employee, you are not eligible for Benazir Kafalat program.
If you own more than one vehicle, you are not eligible for Benazir sponsorship program.
If you travel abroad frequently, you are not eligible for the Benazir Sponsorship Program.
