Applications are invited from talented, energetic, and self-motivated professionals to give their services to the PIA as Cabin crew and ATR Captain. Interested professionals who want to give their services to PIA should be well groomed, energetic, committed, talented. The persons must have ability to perform their duty under stress full conditions.

To be eligible for these seats candidates must meet following demand criteria completely.

Cabin crew:

• Qualification: Minimum Graduation from any HEC recognized institutes.
• Skills:  Communication skills in both Urdu and English.
• Maximum Age: 25 years.
• Height:  5 feet 6 Inch for Flight Steward while 5 feet 2 Inch for Air hostess.
• Martial Status: Unmarried (for females candidates only)
• Salary package: Market base salary package.
• No. of  Vacancies: 40
• Duration of contract: One year (extendable on satisfactory performance)

ATR Captain:

• Qualification: Minimum Intermediate
• Professional Qualification: Valid ATPL
• Flying Experience: Minimum 1500 flying hours.
• Maximum Age: Up to 50 years
• Vacancies: 10
• Duration of contract: One year (extendable on satisfactory performance)
