- Age limitation is 20 to 28 years
- Education is Graduation with shorthand speed of 100 ward per minute and typing speed of 50 ward per minute
For Lower Division Clerk (BSP-09) Jobs:

- Age limitation is 18 to 25 years
- Qualification is Matriculation with typing speed of 30 ward per minute
